Located in building 10.0, the Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre has a full range of the latest fitness equipment! A varied range of classes and remote platform for at home training are available and are designed to suit many ability levels. We also have an onsite team of fitness coaches to help and assist members.

Our opening times are 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Monday

06.45-07.15

The best way to rid yourself of the ‘good’ food from the weekend and to start your week off the right way is to sweat it out. A variety of 3-4 different core & cardio circuit styles. All 3 classes are guaranteed to get the heart pumping, tone the abdominals and get you set for the week ahead.

LOWER & BACK

 

Circuit classes are high energy, fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set time. The exercises will be aimed for strength and conditioning.

16.40-17.10

This is a core-circuit style class where a combo of 3 sets of 3 core-based exercises that are repeated 3 times. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability
Tuesday

06.45-07.30

Maximise your efforts with this high Intensity, motivating, cardiovascular, calorie burner! Involving the use of exercise bikes in a group environment, work towards improving your fitness, burning calories throughout the class and even up to 48 hours after! This class is suited for all levels of fitness.

FULL BODY

 

Circuit classes are high energy, fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set time. The exercises will be aimed for strength and conditioning.

16.40-17.10

Kettlebell training includes dynamic moves that target endurance, strength, balance, and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are popular because they’re challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment. Exercises with kettlebells done correctly can strengthen your lower back if you’re recovering from injury.
Wednesday

06.45-07.15

Workout Of the Day can be a mix of a few different HIIT sessions. From HIIT CIRCUITS, RISE, and CONTRAST. This session will be a high energy, high pace metaboliser which will hit every area of your body – keeping your body burning the calories for hours after!

12.30-13.00

Specifically for exercise referrals, this class can be 10-30 mins and will be aimed to loosen up the areas of tension and trying to release tight muscles. Only for exercise referrals.

16.00-16.30

A circuits / conditioning class designed to target common problem areas (legs, bums, and tums), LBT classes will help you to build muscle and tone up in the lower body. Working to a time base to get as many reps out as you can, you will feel ‘the burn’.
 
Thursday

06.45-07.30

Designed to hit every dimension of your training! 4 exercises 6 rounds each exercise 40 sec work / 20 sec rest 1 min recovery between exercises.
Friday

06.45-07.15

Ignite your body into a metabolising fat burning machine which is ready for the weekend! This is our tough Friday HIIT session designed to work the full body and ensure you continue burning calories for up 48 hours after. These sessions could be a mix of 4 different tough HIIT’s.

12.30-13.00

A High Intensity 30 min cardiovascular, calorie burner on the spin bikes. This ‘non-stop’ session is guaranteed to get you all set for the weekend ahead.

Fire evacuation

If you discover a fire, operate the nearest fire alarm call point.

On hearing the fire alarm, a continuous signal means evacuate. All personnel should evacuate the building by the nearest available fire, exit and assemble at the assembly pont.

Please remember to follow these procedures at all times, including the unmanned times.

How much will I have to pay?

£16 per month – That’s only 52p a day!

How long is the membership for, when can I renew my membership?

It will be a one month rolling contract, with a one-month notice period should you wish to cancel. * To cancel you will need to contact the gym directly via email and provide a 1-month notice period as per the T&C’s.

How do I join?

Who can join the Health Hub?

Any one who works at BMW MINI is eligible to join the Health Hub.

Who do I raise any issues with?

Any Gym related issues should be raised with the Health Hub team.

What are the opening and closing times of the Gym?

What classes can I expect?

During the manned hours there are a variety of classed which are suitable for all levels. The timetable is subject to change. Please see the Group exercise timetable.

What facilities does the Health Hub have?

The facility is equipped with water machines, toilets, showers, lockers and coffee / protein machine (Additional charges apply).

How can I access the Health Hub? Do I get a code?

To enter the building, you require your BMW ID card, to enter the actual training area you need a gym access card, which you receive after your successful induction.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS IN THE HEALTH HUB?

Photography and videography is not permitted anywhere on site unless a permit has been approved in ELAN.

If there is no Health Hub staff or fellow health hub members, can I train on my own in the Health Hub?

Yes you definitely can.  Scroll to the Health and Safety information and click on the ‘lone training process’.

Health & Safety

We would like to remind you to adhere to the following health & safety practices to ensure your personal safety when using the Health Hub:

  • Pay full attention during your induction programme. Membership cards will only be issued upon successful completion of the induction programme which includes personal hygiene, safety practices such as handling and use of gym equipment.
  • The health hub has a Lone Training Process – Please click on the link below to view this process.
  • A panic button & an emergency telephone line are in place and linked to the security control room.
  • Every member is required to swipe their access card to enter the facility.

Personal hygiene measures when using the facility:

  • Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn when exercising.
  • Lockers will be emptied on a daily basis.
  • Please bring a clean, small towel to wipe down equipment after use.
